Walk down memory lane. Think about a time when you felt great about yourself and what was going on at that time. Try to recreate some of it to relive those good feelings.

Talk to yourself. Instead of being your own worst enemy, practice positive self-talk. Tell yourself that you are awesome and affirm all the things you like about yourself.

  1. Another extremely effective way to use affirmations to boost your self esteem is by listening to audio’s that are infused with binaural beats that
change the state of your brain, that is, they allow you to go to the alpha state or theta state where your brain is more easily changed and can learn better and faster that normal.

  2. Thanks for the comment Steve. I've heard about listening to audio for relaxation before, but not boosting self-esteem. I'll have to give that a try!
